Once you approve the quote and mockup, we share payment details on WhatsApp. Production starts after payment. GST invoices are available for corporate orders.
Custom items can't be returned, but if your order arrives damaged or misprinted we'll replace it — just send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
