Once your design is approved (for custom orders) or once your order is placed (for ready designs), the delivery
timeline is 1 to 2 weeks. This allows for printing and shipping time.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order is printed and shipped (usually within 7–14 days), you’ll get a tracking link via email or
WhatsApp. If you haven’t received tracking after 10 days, please reach out to us with your order number and
we’ll check on it ASAP.
Is there free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping at the moment. Shipping charges are calculated in the original price of the
product.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges. As a print-on-demand business, every product is made & printed
specifically for you. We don’t hold inventory, and each item is unique.
Do you offer product customization?
Yes! You can customize a product by reaching out to us via our website email or social media. Simple text
changes: ₹100 Full design or typography changes: ₹499 Once we understand your request, we take a 50% advance,
create the design, and share it for approval. We allow 1 round of feedback, and any changes beyond that will be
charged additionally.
Can I upload my own design?
Absolutely. You can send us your own artwork to print on our products. However: If edits are needed, charges
will apply. We are not responsible for print quality if the file you provide is low-resolution or unclear.
Can I cancel my order?
Since everything is made to order, we do not allow cancellations once an order is confirmed. The only exception
is if the product goes out of stock before printing begins.
Are your designs original?
Yes! All our designs are created in-house. We also welcome customer-submitted ideas or references for custom
orders.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we do! Please get in touch with us directly for bulk order discounts and timelines.
My Payment Was Deducted, But I Haven’t Received A Confirmation. What Should I Do?
Sometimes, payment gateways take a few minutes to process and confirm an order. If you’ve been charged but
haven’t received a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please reach out to us with: Your payment receipt or
screenshot Email ID used for the order Product(s) ordered We’ll check and get back to you within 24 hours.
